Tuesday’s readings won't reach above the 20s, but the wind chills will dive into the single digits at least during the morning commute.

That approaching arctic air has triggered the NWS to issue an Extreme Cold Warning from 9 PM Thursday night through 11 AM Friday morning. Wind Chills could drop into the -40s with a slight chance for a few places mainly north of WIS-29 to drop to or slightly colder than -50°.
