Harvard University filed a lawsuit Monday against President Donald Trump ’s administration after the government froze billions of dollars in federal grants over what it had claimed was antisemitism at the university.

Harvard University sued the Trump administration over recent threats to cut billions of dollars from the school's research funding.

The lawsuit filed in Massachusetts by Democratic attorneys general seeks to block the Department of Education from withholding money.
