A Hezbollah commander was killed in an Israeli drone strike in southern Lebanon on Monday evening, the military said on Tuesday. The incident was the latest in a series of Israeli strikes on members of the Lebanese terror group amid an ongoing ceasefire, whom Israel says posed a threat.

The Lebanese health ministry on Sunday said one person was killed in an Israeli drone strike, a day after the most intense escalation since a November ceasefire in the war with Hezbollah. The ministry stated that the Israeli enemy raid with a drone on a car in Aita al-Shaab led to the death of one citizen.
