Police in Los Angeles say one person is dead and three others were injured in a shooting during a drug deal outside a shopping center Saturday

One person was killed and three others wounded in a shooting in the parking lot of a Trader Joe's grocery store in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon during what may have been a drug deal, authorities said.

The gunman “may be known to the victims,” LAPD Officer J. Chaves told City News Service. It was unclear if the shooting was gang-related.
