Over a year after deadly Los Angeles wildfires, California launched a probe into claims of delays in issuing warnings to historically Black neighborhoods.

First discovered: 1:05 a.m. Feb. 13 A new wildfire was reported today at 1:05 a.m. in in Los Angeles County, California. The wildfire has been burning on private land. At this time, the containment status is unknown and the cause of the fire remains undetermined.
