Raybin told the courtroom that ownership of the writings found in shooter Audrey Hale's car and residence, which transferred to Hale’s parents after Hale’s death, will be transferred by the end of the week to the group of parents of Covenant students who intervened in the case.

Students Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallie Scruggs and William Kinney were killed, as well as school janitor Mike Hill, substitute teacher Cynthia Peak and headmistress Katherine Koonce

As previously reported by REVOLT, on March 27, Audrey Hale, 28, entered Covenant School and killed six people. During the massacre, the gunman also died after a shootout with police. The deadly Nashville, Tennessee elementary school shooting rattled the community and the nation.

Ownership of the writings of the Nashville school shooter is being transferred to the families of students at the school, an attorney representing the shooter's parents said Thursday. Attorney David Raybin made the announcement in Davidson County Chancery Court as proceedings continue in lawsuits filed by news organizations and others over the documents.
