CALIFORNIA TAKEOVER: Gov. Gavin Newsom is asserting himself on the global climate stage just as President Donald Trump and the United States are retreating on climate change. The governor and a Golden State delegation are in Brazil this week at the annual climate summit known as COP30.
However, more and more psychologists have started to agree with Newsom's dementia diagnosis. Dr. John Garner, who co-hosts the Shrinking Trump podcast, said Trump's confusion, bizarre and incoherent rambling, and memory lapses are signs of "immense cognitive decline."
