The Green Bay Packers have submitted a rule proposal that would ban the Philadelphia Eagles' "Tush Push" play.

The Green Bay Packers have proposed banning the “tush push” play for the upcoming NFL season and beyond, the league confirmed on Wednesday.

The Packers, per the report, have not yet submitted their revised proposal. It is expected to be much broader than their prior proposal, with any and all pushing of the player with the ball banned.

No different than the Eagles’ victory over the Packers in the playoffs, the vote on the Packers’ proposal to ban the Tush Push was 22-10.
