Sourcing, suspicion and speculation – terminology that has been frequently explored over the last day and a half as Prince Harry testified in a London courtroom in his lawsuit against a major British newspaper publisher over claims of historic phone hacking.

Though Harry’s phone hacking case against the British press is bringing us back to the royal’s school days, there is plenty of reason to believe that addressing decade-old loose ends can make change today.

Prince Harry was back on the witness stand Wednesday for his second day of testimony in a civil suit against the British Mirror Group Newspapers, accusing them of tracking the car of an ex-girlfriend.

Taking the stand in an extraordinary case against a trio of British tabloids, Prince Harry was grilled during more than seven hours of testimony on Tuesday and Wednesday as lawyers for the Mirror Group Newspapers tried to argue that he had no solid evidence that its journalists had hacked his phone.
