Pharmacy giant Rite Aid is set to close an additional 31 locations throughout the country to the first 100 announced in October.

Rite Aid is reportedly closing an additional seven stores in California — including one in the Bay Area — as part of a financial restructuring plan, according to reports. Bankruptcy court filings in November revealed that the national pharmacy company plans to shut 31 stores in a dozen states,

The store at Broadway and John Street wasn't in the company's initial release of closures, but an October statement said other stores may close.
