Last night, the Sumy region came under a massive airstrike by enemy Shahed kamikaze drones, targeting energy infrastructure in the Konotop, Okhtyrka, and Sumy districts, according to the Sumy Regional Military Administration and Sumyoblenergo.

Russian drone attacks overnight targeted energy facilities in northeastern Ukraine, officials said Tuesday. The attacks knocked out power in the Sumy region, where officials said Ukrainian air defenses shot down 16 of the drones.
