Senior safety Shilo Sanders is recovering from surgery to repair a right forearm injury he suffered in the Buffaloes lopsided loss to Nebraska on Saturday night. His father and coach, Deion Sanders, posted several photos to X showing Sanders resting in a hospital bed on Monday.

Shilo Sanders, who was Colorado’s leading tackler last season and is in his final season of college football, underwent forearm surgery.

Colorado coach Deion Sanders said in a social media post that his son Shilo Sanders had surgery after sustaining an arm injury in the team's loss to Nebraska.
