The Denver Broncos were absolutely abysmal on third down against the Houston Texans on Sunday, going 0-of-11 in a 22-17 loss. After the game, Denver quarterback Russell Wilson credited the Texans and said the Broncos got in a too many third-and-medium and third-and-long situations.

The Denver Broncos executed a curious transaction on the eve of Sunday's loss to Houston, elevating quarterback Ben DiNucci from the practice squad to the active roster. DiNucci was made inactive for the Week 13 tilt, ineligible to serve as the emergency third QB behind Russell Wilson and Jarrett Stidham.

It’s a no blame to go around period. Sean Payton did not have to call a timeout after the two minute warning. There is no reason for that and then we wasted 30 seconds on one play. The OL needed to protect Wilson better. This was a winnable game.

In terms of interceptions, Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson was perfect during the team's five-game winning streak. During that 5-0 run, Wilson threw eight touchdown passes and no interceptions.
