UBS Group CEO Sergio Ermotti said the firm is gearing up for a tricky few months as it integrates the deal to acquire Credit Suisse Group.

UBS Chief Executive Sergio Ermotti hinted on Friday his bank's takeover of Credit Suisse will close on Monday, the earliest expected date. "From Monday we will be new colleagues," Ermotti told the Swiss Economic Forum in Interlaken.

"We won't be able to create, short term, job opportunities for everybody. Synergies is part of the story," Ermotti said at an event organised by the Asset Management Association Switzerland in Bern.
