A golf competition normally held every two years, the Solheim Cup sees the 12 best American women face off against the 12 top Europeans.

The 19th edition of the Solheim Cup takes place Sept. 13-15 at Robert Trent Jones Golf Club in Gainesville, Virginia.

The women's team golf event, the Solheim Cup, is back for another edition in 2024. Although the event was last held in 2023, where the European team retained their title, it will return for another back-to-back edition in 2024.

Team USA will hope to lift the trophy for the first time since 2017 against Team Europe at Trent Jones Golf Club in Virginia.
