'Tragic Accident': 2 Children Drown After Mistaking Helium Scuba Tanks in Pool for Oxygen

A mistake turned fatal and left a mother devastated after her two young children died while using helium-filled scuba tanks in a family friend's swimming pool. Knewz.com has learned that 9-year-old Zale and 7-year-old Saxon were in the pool when they unknowingly used tanks filled with 100% pure helium instead of oxygen.
