A class action lawsuit alleges the airlines upsold passengers a window seat only to get a chair without a view.
(Reuters) -United Airlines has asked a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit claiming it unfairly charged passengers extra money to sit in "window seats" that, to their surprise, lacked windows.
Chicago-based carrier United Airlines said it never contractually promised that positions labeled “window” seat would have exterior views in response to a class-action lawsuit.
