A coalition of blue states is suing the Trump administration over its fee of $100,000 for H-1B Visas, several Democratic attorneys general announced on Friday.

A coalition of 20 states, primarily Democratic, has filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration over the new $100,000 H-1B visa fee.

The lawsuit in Massachusetts federal court will be at least the third to challenge the fee announced by Trump in September, which dramatically raises the cost of obtaining H-1B visas.
