Walt Disney’s Pixar Animation Studios cut 75 positions last week, including two executives who worked on the financial disappointment “Lightyear,” Reuters reported Saturday. Angus MacLane, director of the “Toy Story” spinoff and a 26-year animation veteran, and Gayln Susman, producer on the film, were among those removed from their roles.

Pixar Animation Studios, a studio owned by the Walt Disney Company, has laid off 75 of its employees, two of whom were with the studio for over 25 years.

The third round of job cuts at the Walt Disney Co. is expected to begin on Tuesday. Sources told Deadline that over 2,500 jobs would be cut across the board during the latest job reduction wave.
