Netflix said it is now willing to pay all cash for Warner Bros. Discovery, in a revision of what was originally a deal involving a combination of cash and stocks

Netflix will pay all cash for the $83 billion deal to acquire major parts of Warner Bros. Discovery, instead of a mix of cash and stock.

Netflix said the change delivers "greater financial certainty" and speeds up the approval process for shareholders, which is expected to happen in April.
