Central Ohio is likely to see 3-5 inches of snow on Dec. 13, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington. A winter weather advisory has been issued. It will be in effect from 1 p.
A winter storm is making its way toward the northeastern section of the I-95 corridor, where millions are expected to see first 'measurable' snow of season.
The Turnpike and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation said the Tier 1 plan prohibits some vehicles on some state roads.
This comes as four to eight inches of snow is expected to fall on Saturday, with single digit temperatures expected on Sunday. This includes Kings Island, the Cincinnati Zoo and the Taft Museum of Art that have all announced that they will be closed for either part or all of the weekend.

The Winter Storm Watch is in effect from 7 a.m. Saturday (Dec. 13) until 1 a.m. Monday (Dec. 15) for the following counties:
