Some of the highest chances for accumulating snowfall will be in the Midwest and mid-Atlantic regions this weekend.

NEW YORK — Millions along the Interstate 95 corridor on the Northeast Coast will see their first significant winter storm of the season this weekend, as a fast-moving system takes advantage of freezing temperatures brought by another invasion of the Polar Vortex .

CLEVELAND — With more lake effect snow on the way, the National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Winter Storm Watch for a portion of Northeast Ohio for most of the weekend.
