A GM base engine typically consists of the following: Short Block, Camshaft, Timing set, Cylinder heads, Valve covers, Timing cover, oil pan, oil pump & pick up tube. Engine Specifications: HP: 460 TQ: 470 Block: OE LQ4/6.0L Iron Bore/Stroke: up to 4.040 x 3.622 Displacement (cu.in): up to 371 Crankshaft: OE GM 24 tooth reluctor wheel Rods: OE powder metal Pistons: Hypereutectic 9.51 compression Rings: Moly Camshaft: Hyd. Roller Cam Specs: Custom performance grind Timing Chain: OE single roller Cylinder Heads: OE aluminum 71cc/210cc 2.00/1.55 Rocker Arms: OE 1.7 ratio Oil Pump: Melling STD Volume This ATK engine was designed to be a performance upgrade for LS based vehicles or perfect for a 2001-2007 Chevy Truck LQ4 or LS swap in a hot rod. Expect big mid to upper end power, will have a noticeable idle. For optimal Performance you will need headers, chassis dyno tune and 36lb injectors.
